LendPlus is operated by Lendplus Technology (Pty) Ltd, a registered credit provider (NCRCP17814). The physical and postal address given in its Terms is 10th Floor Offices, 2 Long Street, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town 8000. The company serves customers online only and does not accept walk-ins.

General customer service is on +27 87 107 9722, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm and Saturday 8 am to 1 pm. If you are in financial difficulty and cannot repay on time, the FAQ gives a separate number, +27 71 872 4041 (8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday), to arrange a payment solution. The email address shown in the site footer is support@lendplus.co.za, and an online chat is available on the website.

The Contact page also lists a separate email address for reckless lending matters and a Facebook page. Questions about your loan balance, due date or payment amount can also be answered in your personal account.
