Crezu does not describe a personal account with a login and password. You start by choosing an amount and entering your phone number and details in the form on the home page, and offers from lenders are shown to you after that. There is no password to reset.

After you choose an offer, the remaining steps, such as signing the agreement and receiving the money, are done with the lender. Repayments, statements and early settlement are managed through the lender's own channels, so use the contact details in your credit agreement for those.

If you no longer want to receive marketing communications, use the Unsubscribe link in the site footer, or write to info@crezu.co.za. Formal complaints go to complaints@crezu.net. The site does not state how quickly requests are processed.
