Creditum does not describe a personal account with a login and password. You enter the amount and your email address on the home page, and the loan offers are sent to that email address. There is no password to reset.

Once you choose an offer, the remaining steps are completed with the lender. Repayments, statements and changes to your loan are managed through the lender's own channels, so use the contact details in your credit agreement for those.

If you no longer want marketing messages or want your details corrected or removed, write to the address given in the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, asiakaspalvelu@summarum.fi, or contact the Summarum Information Officer. The site does not state how quickly such requests are processed. Remember that the site only processes applications through creditum.co.za and never asks for personal details by SMS or messaging apps.
