Existing customers sign in through the Log In button at the top of the Century website. You enter your ID number and your password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link to restore it; a new customer can register from the same page.
The FAQ notes that your account is linked to the email address and phone number you registered with. If you no longer have access to either, contact customer service on +27 21 054 1057 or by email so the details can be updated.
The personal account shows your loan, lets you sign the loan agreement, approve the DebiCheck debit order and follow the status of your application. Repayment is normally taken by debit order on your due date, and you can settle early in the account or ask for a settlement amount.
